I am Personal Trainer who is truly passionate about fitness and health, and helping others to live healthier lifestyles. Ever since I was younger, I liked to work out, and by the time I was a college student, I was writing out my own workout plans every 2 weeks or so. Now, thankfully, when I write up a workout plan, I am much more consistent.
Anyway though, at some point in my youth, I began to realize that many of the common ailments these days can actually be avoided. It really took me by surprise to realize that many diseases that I saw friends and family suffer from were caused by lifestyle, and didn’t just happen by chance. For years, I’ve read various articles, tried diet and exercise changes on myself, heard testimonies from people, and so on. All of this has made me even more passionate about health, and now I am at the point where I want to do something. I have learned that often when you have a burden for something, it very well could be that God allowed you to have that burden so that you would, in His power, do something about it.
I am formally educated and employed as an engineer, and I would like to think that my engineering skills strongly influence how I approach my passion for health and fitness. Engineers are troubleshooters at the end of the day; we like to solve problems in a careful kind of way that considers all details, and keeps going when the problem is not solved yet. I use these same principles when I train, and when I post on my blog.
So here I am now…a trainer and a health blogger. I’m doing something about what I am passionate about.
Unless something comes up, I will be posting at least one thing new every Thursday. I may post on Saturdays if I have the time and the material, but if not, I plan to post at least on Thursdays.
I do not advertise at the moment because I have not yet self-hosted my blog. As the blog grows and followers increase, I will move in that direction. HOWEVER, when I begin advertising, I will not do so just for the sake of it. In other words, I plan to have ads up that are somehow relevant to my blog.
